Institutional advisory for on-chain markets

Institutional capital, meet on-chain markets.

Mosaico helps traditional capital make sense of on-chain markets, and helps on-chain teams earn institutional trust. Risk clarity, and the right introductions.

[01]The problem, from both sides

Interest is not the bottleneck. Translation is.

For institutions

An unfamiliar market, in pieces.

Boards and investment committees are asked to form a view on on-chain markets without a shared vocabulary for the risks involved, a clear operating model, or a trusted map of who does what.

  • Risk frameworks that don't map cleanly to smart contracts or governance
  • Custody, accounting and reporting questions with no single owner
  • Too many counterparties, too little independent context

For protocols

Institution-ready is a different standard.

Strong products stall in diligence because the materials, governance and positioning that allocators expect were never assembled. The questions are predictable; the answers are often missing.

  • Risk disclosures written for users, not investment committees
  • No clear picture of who the institutional buyer actually is
  • Introductions that arrive before the protocol is ready for them

[02]Services

Two sets of pieces. One place where they meet.

Our work for institutions and our work for protocols mirror each other. Both lead to the same point: the right counterparties, introduced with full disclosure.

For institutions

You run the diligence with the right lens. We don't tell you what to buy.

[03]Operate

Operational Onboarding

Custody, wallets, compliance, accounting, reporting and governance participation, sequenced into a practical entry plan.

For protocols

Assemble the pieces institutions look for.

[04]Both sides of the table

We know what an investment committee asks, because we help protocols answer it.

Most advisors sit on one side of the table. We work on both. The diligence questions we prepare institutions to ask are the same questions we help protocols answer clearly and honestly.

That perspective is the product. It shortens the distance between interest and a well-informed decision, with every introduction disclosed to both sides.

Institutions ask

  1. [01]Who controls upgrades?
  2. [02]What happens in a liquidity event?
  3. [03]How is this custodied and reported?

Protocols answer

  1. [01]Governance and admin-key disclosure
  2. [02]Stress scenarios and exit mechanics
  3. [03]Operational and reporting documentation
